Challenge

Once a customer completed an online purchase, they received a series of automated emails about their order; however, the emails were impersonal and didn’t reflect the personable, family-friendly brand. We wanted to update these emails for consistency in our brand and customer service throughout the entire buying journey.


Goal

Redesign the order notification experience to provide reassurance so that parents will feel confident about their recent purchase as they prepare for their new baby.
