Role: Project management, strategy, research, art direction
Managed university-wide, multisite web redesign/development project and coordinated the work of an external development firm, internal team members and internal stakeholders to deliver 20 new sites in 18 months.
We restructured the site and reorganized the header helped to reduce clutter and improve user experience.
Quick links and login information were moved to the new utility bar, which is consistent and accessible on all subdomains of campbell.edu.
With direct calls to action and well thought-out content strategy, the new homepage was intentionally created for our #1 target audience, prospective students.
